Refund Policy

 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Because we sell perishable and seasonal farm products, please review our return policy carefully.

 

Live & Perishable Products (Flowers, Bulbs, Corms, Tubers, Plants)

All live or perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped or picked up.
If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 

Non-Perishable Items (Dried Flowers, Yarn, or Merchandise)

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once items are received in original condition.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment or pickup for a full refund. Once an order has shipped or been picked up, it cannot be canceled.

 

Shipping Delays & Weather

We do our best to ship promptly, but weather and carrier delays are beyond our control. We cannot refund orders delayed in transit due to these conditions.

 

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

  • A short description of the problem

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days.
